How coaching works

• Coaching starts with a two hour intake session designed to clarify your goals and values. At this time we determine which areas of your life are a priority and design the relationship so that it has the most value for you.
• Coaching then occurs during weekly half-hour telephone coaching sessions and occasional e-mail interactions.
