Schedule a Fathering Workshop for Your Group
This is a great opportunity for you to add skills, information, and support that will improve the quality of your fathering. The workshop will challenge you to access your strengths and commit to improving the areas of fathering that are the most problematic for you.
The workshop includes an assessment tool that provides each individual with information on different dimensions of their fathering. You will leave these workshops feeling more confident and knowledgeable and will also feel strongly supported by the other members of the workshop.
These workshops are popular at businesses, churches, mens groups, conventions, schools, and any other place in which men get together.

Dads, Don't Fix Your Kids Newsletter
I publish a free e-mail newsletter to provide fathers with information and tips to help them to be better dads. Every issue will feature at least one skill and a discussion of how it can be used with fathering. My intent is not to tell fathers how to be a father, but to provide tools that can be used in a manner that fits for each individual. I will also provide reading suggestions, articles, and close-to-home stories about my own fathering successes and failures ( I promise not to hold back from you on my failures!) What will I learn in the teleclasses?
You will learn new ideas and skills and how these skills can be used by fathers and by parents. You'll have a chance to discuss being a dad with other dads to help find solutions to each others challenges. These classes are informative and provide a great deal of discussion and support. You will leave these classes with many new options for responding in all fathering situations. You will also feel renewed, supported, and empowered as a father.
What's a teleclass and why is it used?
A teleclass is a class that is held over the phone and is led by a facilitator. Participants call into a bridge line that can hold as many as thirty people. The Facilitator leads the classes and coordinates the discussion. One can call from anywhere on any phone in any location. This format eliminates the cost of renting a room, parking, childcare, and the difficulty of travel.
What's the cost?
The fee for the classes varies according to the class. Some introductory classes are free while longer classes require a fee. In addition to class fees, you will pay the cost of the long distance call. This is approximately six or seven dollars for a one hour call.
